Callings
We are now teaching Shaydon's class
I am really sad to leave YW it's been 3 years while Scott has been in Primary for 3 as well.
I am nervous to be there, because of Shaydon. He has done so well since he's been going and now I am afraid that he will get use to us being there and not want to move classes when it's time. We will see how it goes?
Shaydon's handout from our 1st week!!!

Nursery

Did you know they have a manual for nursery too. They work on each lesson for 2 weeks and then move on. They give us parent a copy of the manual so we can work on the lesson through out the week with them!!!
We love you Shaydon

Twin Falls Temple
We took our YW and leaders (48) to the open house of the Twin Falls Temple Today!!! We have been preparing for this for months by teaching our Sunday lessons about temples. The girls were so excited to go. Most of them it was there 1st open house. They even left their cell phones and ipods home. What a GREAT experience to tell their family's about.
Are tickets were for 11:30am. Just so you know you don't really even need a ticket, but they try to keep a steady stream of people.
My parents were also able to come and go through with us what an amazing experience. I felt the spirit and I hope they did too. Thanks for coming and being there with Shaydon and I. We love you so much.
To start you watch a little video about temples and info about the TF Temple, then your tour guide takes you though the temple, the tour is about an hour long and you end up back in the stake center with some beautiful displays of Christ, a HUGE map of all the temple in the world and one about the progression of temples. There were also cookies and water for refreshment and representatives to answer questions.
- We were 900th person for the day
- As of today 100,000 people have gone through the TF Temple
- The temple will be dedicated on August 24th (My birthday)
We had lunch at my uncle Tim and Debi's house down in the canyon by the river. It was BEAUTIFUL. It's been a long time since I've been there! It was a perfect place to change clothes relax and eat lunch. We bought Costco pizza, soda and candy for lunch.
Thanks Uncle Tim & Aunt Debi
