we love aunt wendy's house. they are so good to us!! lots of action between ikea, tai-pan, the mall (they helped me pick some new jeans i only tried on about 50 pair, they were great and honest :0) we also had time to watch football, relax and enjoy our weekend. dave made awesome chicken on the BBQ for dinner. thanks to jason and leslie for coming and visiting us too. lexie is so good with shaydon thanks for entertaining and playing with him we are so lucky to have you.

we go to logan at about 10:45pm and got shaydon to bed and then stayed up visiting with alisa. she is expecting her 2ND baby. we are excited for them.

lindsey is in logan for school and came over for breakfast and brought donuts. yummy!! it was shaydon's 1st one. then we all got ready for the day and headed out to do some shopping. 1st stop desert book for the "G's" scott forget his. then the book table for some awesome magnet car, plane and train set (shaydon played with it all of sacrament so we bought another one) then off the S.E.I. love that scrapbook store! lunch was at a Mexican place that they love, forgot the name of it. we don't have one in boise.

right before we left we did a photo shoot with the kids. alisa has a friend who took them and they turned out so cute. can't wait to see the rest of them.

We always stop in b-town on our way to anything it kills three birds with one stone.

A needed break from the car, dinner at Al's and to see grand parents & great grandparents.

Thanks dad for entertaining Shaydon & dinner.

Now on to Logan for the night, Shaydon fell asleep only with 45 minutes left of the drive.

shaydon was having a hard time falling asleep for his nap today so i went in and asked him if i could rock him. he said "rock me" so i did. i am not much of a singer, but i sang 4 songs to him from the day i meet him. silent night, joy to the world, i love you and 10 little indians. my baby let me rock him to sleep today! his little eyes just got heavier until they finally closed.

he is such a wiggle worm and always moving that he doesn't let you hold him for a long time.

it was such a precious moment.

i sat there for another 5 minutes just to enjoy it. i haven't done that since he was a infant.

i love you so much shaydon you made my day.

On Sunday is a tradition at our house for dinner.

It's always waffles, berries & whip cream, sausage or bacon,

hash browns & eggs to order with OJ to drink!!

We love it & this time Shaydon help me make all the waffles!!

Costco Carts

well it happened today he fell out of a cart right on to his head. scared me to death. i had just told him to sit down or i was going to take him out of the big area and then it happened. i am so anal about him sitting down. i will have mothers looking at me because i won't let him stand up or get out and he is crying. how else will he learn?! he can't always do what he wants. he has a nice bump on his forehead, 2 red spots by his right eye and some road rash on his nose and chin. he calmed down pretty good. this is also the kid who just came from the doctor for his 2 year wellness check and didn't cry for his shots!! i felt so awful as a mother. please tell me it has happened to you. thanks goodness he was okay, but not something i thought i would have to go through.

my phone has officially been broken for 2 weeks, but didn't think i need to call people with numbers that had 5, 8, or 0 in it (they didn't work). Yeah for my new phone.

2nd annual labor day bbq

Thanks to the Curtis for tri-tip steak & bbq chicken and drinks we brought a homemade pasta salad and enjoyed someones delicious homemade chocolate cake fruit and whipping cream for dessert. We are lucky to have such good friends. Thanks for a fun evening at Phillipi Park.

not to brag, but on a whim i thought since it was our last tip we should attempt the large yellow slide with the blue mat. there is no height restriction, they just have to go down by there self. he love it!! we are so proud of you shaydon YOU DID IT, 2X!!!
