So my camera is in the SHOP again. Who know when I will get it back. I have some pix I wanted to post, so I put my memory card in a SAVE place and now can't find it.

Baseball Tournment

The Heitzman's are here visiting for a Babe Ruth tournament. They arrived on Wednesday and are here through Sunday! We love to have visitors. They come with a babysitter too, Regan is the BEST!! Jared is the coach and Steve is the manager and Sam is a player on the team. Steven and Laura came up on Saturday. We we got to see everyone but Tracy, Madi and Levi. Shaydon loved his 1st Baseball game. It was HOT, but fun to see someone play you know.

Thursday

• Regan, Shaydon and I went to Roaring Springs
• They won their morning and afternoon
• Dinner from Costco stake, salad, & watermelon

Friday

• Won their only game
• Shaydon fell asleep on our way there, but woke up to see the game
• Shaydon wanted Steve so bad when he was on the field

Saturday

• One the morning game and are playing in the championship game in the afternoon.
• Lost the game, but still going to the world series because of there record.
• Scott got to come in the afternoon

Sunday

• Left in the AM to go back to Lewiston

Floating the Boise River

So it was Shaydon's 1st time on the river!! He did GREAT. He is use to the water, but did get a little nervous when the water came up and into the raft. It takes about 2 hours to float. I don't have any pix to document of than our memories. It was a perfect evening to go, HOT!!

Surprise

My mom is here!!! I called my brother this morning because I had something for him and he said he would come and pick it up. Well after about an hour of waiting I got in the truck to go and do my errons. Just as I was pulling out of the driveway he pulled in. Surprise my mom was with him. He picked her and her sister up from the airport that morning, EARLY!! I am sure my reaction was not what my mom wanted, but I guess that's because I was truly surprised. Don't know if ever she has surprised me like this!! She was only here 2 nights and most of it was at the doctors office, (check up and everything looks GREAT, Yea!) but we did get to relax in the afternoon (Landon got to see her too) with her one day and go to lunch (PF Chang's) the next day so Scott could see her. She stayed with a friend from HS who was very nice. It was good to see her, but very hard as well. It's been a few months :( We will take a visit any time, just wish we could of been a little more prepared, it was a Tuesday and I worked all afternoon.

Lucky Peak

Who would of thought on a non-holiday weekend that there would be a 40 minute wait to put in at Spring Shore Marina?!! Crazy people who would wait. We just went up the road 5 miles and put in at Mac's Creek. I guess the 106 degrees had something to do with it. I don't remember Boise being that HOT! Thanks for Kelli and her family for coming with us. We had such a fun day. Kelli asked me when we got there what time we would head back and i said we are usually home by 8:00pm to put Shaydon down for bed. She said okay I didn't think we would be up here until like 9:00pm. Well we left shortly after 8:30pm. Time flies when you are having fun!! Thanks for being such good company & taking pix, I took none!! Oh, I almost forgot to tell the story about the tube. Oh, I am going to leave this post on a positive note!! Maybe another time.

Our weekend

My dad came down on Wednesday and stayed for the day and then left on Thursday by 11AM. We Scott has a family Reunion on Friday and Saturday in Bear Lake. So grandpa talked me into letting Shaydon come home with him. Scott would come and get him on his way to Bear lake on Friday morning. It was hard to let go, but I did. It wasn't without some strict instruction from me though.

So I have been without my baby since Thurday morning. It is soooo weird to not have him attached to my hip. It's bitter sweet. So Thursday night Scott and I went out on a date. WOW I said date. It's the first since March. Dinner and a movie. PERFECT!!!

Scott left Friday Morning by 9:30AM. I didn't have much to do other than work. My uncle Jeff and cousin Regan came through Boise and stayed on Friday night with me. We had a BBQ and then hit Wal-mart at 11:30PM.

Well you might be thinking why aren't I going with them to the family reunion? I have a CE class that I am taking here in Boise. (which never happends) so I am not able to go. It was a GREAT class and am excited to start to use some of the techniques this week.

Scott had fun in Bear Lake with his family. I sent him with the camer and only got 10 pix, but better than nothing. They are all from their day at the beach.

IV> IV>Thanks again Scott for letting me stay and do my class. I missed you very much and am glad you are home safe and sound. Shaydon only has a few bumps, scraches and bruises & I didn't forget to pack something for them either, Yea!!! It was Scott's 1st trip with Shaydon alone and he survived.

This is only our 2nd trip to RS this season and he is getting more adventurous!! It was a little windy on Wed. and we had the whole kiddy area to our selves. Thanks to Rebecca for helping with Shaydon she is so awesome. It's nice to have one adult at the top and one at the bottom. I even got to go with Trey on one of the "Big" slides. After Shaydon went on the tubs slide once he had to go 2 more times.

4th of July

We got back from camping at 4:30pm and the REAL fun begins. We un-packed, put away, washed the truck & boat, started laundry, parked the boat, ate dinner, bathed Shaydon & put to PJ's, did a few sparklers, pop it's, and a celebration gun and then we put Shaydon down for bed. He was exhausted. So are we!!! Then we showered and watched the Ann Morrison fireworks from our back patio and hit the sack. I did crash the Hessings firework show and say Hi.

Such a fun weekend, now we are going to rest all day on Sunday!!!
