I know you are probably sick of me posting this, but we still need renters. This time it's for real!!! We are FINALLY moved out and need someone to move into our well maintained, beautiful home. We did have someone renting it, but they didn't close when they said they would so we had to send them away. It was very frustrating. So if anyone knows of someone looking for a house to rent or possibly lease to own, would you please let us know or have them contact us. Below is a brief description of the house that we used for our ad on craigslist.
This is a split bedroom floor plan with Master and bonus room on one side of the house with the 3 other bedrooms on the other side. New dishwasher and kitchen floor, fully fenced and landscaped, lots of parking, toy parking on the side of house. No back neighbors in a centrally located nice Boise Neighborhood. Close to Mall, Costco, Downtown, BSU you can be anywhere in Boise in 15 minutes. Lease to own option also a possibility with the right tenants.
