We went to the Mall on Friday night and got there just in time before the line started to form. Shaydon did so GOOD!!! Scott set him down and he started to walk towards him and then Santa said his name and he stopped in his tracks. Scott gave him a little shrug and he didn't budge so Scott set him on his lap and he just stared and him. He didn't cry or fuss just sat there. It was like he was trying to process who this guy was. He looks so different than everyone else. It was a real looking Santa with the real beard and all. He even got a coloring book.

Shaydon was a very brave boy. Santa can be a very scary guy. Your house looks very festive! We just barely got the tree up. It is very cold here today -11 right now. Way too cold to do anything.
I can't believe how real that Santa looks. Shaydon was brave, we haven't even tried to get Bailey to play nice with Santa, she barely plays nice with us.
