short sale

DRAMA

Usually when you buy a house you get very EXCITED unless you find out that there are 4 leans against the house. A few facts that I've learned in no certain order:

• There are some good deals in real estate right now
• Even better if you can find a short sale
• Buying a short sale is very time consuming
• DRAMA between builder/real estate agents
• Hate relying on other people to do a job
• LOTS of paper work
• Got the house, just kidding
• Crisis need paper work yesterday
• DRAMA between Agents and the Bank
• Is it going to be worth it? Starting to get attached to house
• All paper work done on our end
• Meet with cleaning people to clean house
• Found renters
• Got the house, just kidding
• Told renters to find another place
• Other problems with legality of the process
• House going to auction to foreclose, YEAH!!
• Starting packing my house up
• Maybe we can do this another way, getting creative
• Meet with Blind Lady for quote
• House not going to auction, postponed
• Frustrating and need someone to blame
• Does anyone do their job?
• We will NEVER do a short sale again

• We are fortunate to be in a position to buy right now
• Lucky we don't have to be out of our house
• We have all the time in the world
• Don't know if I should unpack or not?
• Hate the Limbo stage
• Wouldn't wish anyone to go through this process
• Time/patience is a virtue

we love the area and the house so we will wait and see

what happens we are even in the same ward!!!
