Kambree got to come over and play with Shaydon all day today! They did so good with each other. Their favorite was the pool with balls. I made McKinzie come in a see what characters they were being while playing. We LOL at them!!

Their special treat, piglets they sucked them dry!

Jamba is my favorite TREAT so others tend to receive it as a treat too.

Lunch

Shaydon & I went for a picnic at the Boise temple today. We were here yesterday with Frank and I saw some other people having lunch and thought what a GREAT idea. I haven't been to the temple for so long time and I just thought it would be nice to be on the temple grounds with Shaydon. I have been going through a rough time with some family stuff and it was a perfect & peaceful lunch. Just what we both needed.

Frank & Celine have been in the states for 3 weeks, they spent a week here in Idaho!!

(they get 35+ days of vacation a year)

We love when he comes to visit. Hard to believe that July will be a year that we were in Europe!!

They came to Boise and we went to Temple grounds, Mall for shopping and last minute gifts for back home and our dinner at Red Lobster. We have eaten here twice by accident and this time we made it a tradition. Dad loves shrimp!! Shaydon touched the live lobster, but was a little un sure.

Frank is going to be a GREAT dad he did so good with Shaydon & Landon.

We wish them luck with there new house and will see them soon. (11.11.11)

Hop Chops buffet DT

mimi came to boise for a conference with her credit union. she has it once a year and we always look forward to her coming & being able to see her. today was her only day to eat lunch with us because her schedule is packed with events/speakers. we were lucky to have her for 1.5 hours, we loved it!! we surprised her with landon being able to come too!!

Trey & Shaydon didn't have much choice whether or not they would be friends since Rebecca and I are friends. Good thing they love each other. Trey is a few years older and wiser, Shaydon absorbs it all in. We have such good taste that we bought the same Easter outfit for our kids, so we wanted to get pix of them in them before they grew out of them. Here are the results. Rebecca is always thinking ahead and we went to this old barn near her house for the shoot. WE loved taking the pix and THEY loved playing with all the sticks, stones and dirt. (among other things)

Hair Cut

Shaydon went with me to get my hair cut & colored today. He did such a good job. He slept for about 1.5 hours before, ate lunch right before, sat on my lap to start, wondered around, snack time, his hair cut, reward of a sucker, played with toys, visited everyone in the salon, sat on my lap & 2 house later we are ready to go home. Thanks to Nicole for the cut and patience with Shaydon. I just get nervous for the other people who are in trying to relax get their hair done. Who hasn't been around kids right. He did have an appointment!

Scott's sister Wendy and daughter Lexi come up to visit from SLC. Yvonne and Eric are on vacation in Hawaii so Larry and Barbara are watching their kids, (so jealous or Hawaii and their tan!) so it was just one big party!! Shaydon got to see his cousins 5 day in a row, Yeah!! It's always fun weekend with lots of eating. Thanks to everyone for a Happy Mother's Day, I think I have the best mother-in-law and sister-in-law's in the whole wide world. Thanks for all you do for me!!

Komen Race for the Cure

We sure had fun at the walk, run, stroll on Saturday. We got there about 10 minutes after they start and we still caught up. Wendy is a survivor and it was nice to walk in her behalf (among others). We sure love the Phil and Teds stroller it's come in handy more than a few times.
It was nice to only push one with both kids.
We hope to make his even a tradition!!!

it was so cute. we were driving in the care & he was looking at a magazine and saw some kids with their shirts off and he kept saying and signing "bath" I kept saying it's not bath time.

then i noticed the photo was some kids playing on the beach.
